{Monday Flowers} Eat Your Flowers!


Fresh flowers don’t just have to live in a pretty vase to be enjoyed, branch out and start cooking with them! I am new the edible flower world and am really excited to add them to my little window garden. You can use them in so many dishes from salads to ice cubes to add beautiful color and an unexpected detail to your summer menu. {Things to Keep in Mind}
Many garden centers, nurseries and florists treat flowers with systemic pesticides not labeled for food crops. Make sure you are only flowers grown specifically for culinary purposes.
