Crostini love

I’ve shared my love for crostini before, but looking at my Pinterest board it looks like I might have a slight obsession. Nothing says easy entertaining quite like a good crostini recipe. With endless topping options, as long as you can pick up a fresh baguette they are a great last minute snack that will please any guest. I like to serve a few varieties so everyone can enjoy something they like without having to worry about veggie vs. meat eaters. Have a full tray prepared when guests first arrive, then to take the pressure off of replenishing, set up the various spreads and toppings  on a counter or a table for guests to pick and choose their favorites and make their own. It’s the best of both worlds, the pretty presentation with a relaxed feel (and you’ll know which toppings were a hit in the process!) Here are a few recipes that took simply delicious just by their names…

Artichoke Pesto and Lemon Ricotta Crostini

Minted Pea and Prosciutto Crostini

Broccoli Rabe with Burrata and Prosciutto Crostini

Whipped Feta with Herb Oil

Brown Butter Sage Crostini
